That heritage showed us both sides of the care system. We’ve seen what warm, attentive care looks like when it is done right. We’ve seen how rushed decisions and cold processes can leave families overwhelmed, and we knew it did not have to be that way.
What We Built Instead
Hearts of Gold is the guide we wish our own family had. We listen first, then guide every family with care. We learn your loved one’s story before we talk about options. And after placement, we stay, checking in with your family every month for the first 90 days.
Nothing about this work is a transaction to us. It is a family being walked through one of the hardest decisions of their lives by people who have made that walk themselves.
